As everyone is aware, Masthead has announced a release date for Earthrise. The date, as it stands now, is less than 2 months away and as we prepare for this launch, ALL members of this guild need to be extremely cooperative in helping this guild make it a successful launch for this guild.

There is too much murmuring of assumed problems with the game as it stands. As the game is not in Open Beta and has not launched yet, we honestly do not have any idea on the state of the most current development build.

Therefore, I must ask all members of this guild, regardless of their division to support this Earthrise Credits game.

Earthrise is one of our CORE games. By showing poor guild support, you not only hurt the limited PR of Earthrise but you hurt both the division and the guild as a whole. It is extremely difficult to attract new members, when they come to our boards and see that the guild is not supporting the game. Why would anyone want to join a guild that looks as if it is second guessing a core game?

From this point on, please keep all comments related to Earthrise to strictly facts. Do not propagate anti-ER sentiment on these forums, especially if you yourself have never played the game, or are not a member of the ER design team at Masthead. If you have something positive to contribute, by all means please do. If you are simply rewording someone else's bad opinion of the game, keep it to yourself. If you have any major concerns with this guild going into the game, feel free to contact an officer or leader.

Going into a game with a bad impression is a terrible way to start. This is not a GOI(Earthrise Gold), this is what some of us have been waiting 3+ years for, and it would be extremely helpful to have full guild support when we get into game.
